Extended abstracts (six pages maximum), written in English, whichever the spelling, must be prepared using a Microsoft Word Template available in the submission form (you may download it here). Please strictly follow the instructions in the template. After completing the Word document, save it in PDF, as this is the only type of file that can be uploaded to Regional Helix’21.
Besides uploading the PDF, you will need to enter this information in the submission form:
- Author(s) information: name, email address, country, and institution. You must select at least one author as corresponding, who will receive email messages from the system about the submission. You must also mark one of the authors as the presenter (if not sure, choose your best guess). Accepted abstracts may be presented only if one of the authors is registered as presenter. A registered presenter may author as many papers as wished, but may present only one.
- Title: use a maximum of 15 words or 100 characters.
- Abstract, which should not exceed 250 words.
- Keywords (please specify between three and five).
- Topics (please select between one and four topics). Please refer to the list of topics in the call for papers.
- Post-conference publication (optional). There are a number of special issues associated with this conference. If you would like your paper to be considered for a post-conference publication in a Special Issue, select the journal from the menu. Please beware of the deadlines and have in mind that you must format the manuscript according to the journal’s guidelines.
